The suggested donation for adults is $20.00 and $10.00 for children under 12.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Riders will receive an official Pedal For A Cure shirt, lunch, and drinks.  To be guaranteed a shirt, you must pre-register by May 25^th, 2009.  There will be a limited number of shirts on hand the day of the event for those who do not pre-register; so we cannot guarantee shirts to those who do not pre-register.

  

The ride will be held on Saturday, June 6^th, 2009 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Elkins, West Virginia.  Riders will travel north going through the small towns of Gilman, Kerens, Montrose, Moore, and Porterwood.  Lunch will be waiting for riders at the pavilion at Mill Race Park in Parsons (for those making it that far).  Riders will turn around in Parsons and head south back to the starting point in Elkins, WV.  This is a 42 mile roundtrip. 

 

Some riders choose to do only a portion of the trip.  The main road crosses the trail in all of the towns listed above, so these are all good stopping points in which to have someone pick you up.  Lunch will also be served at the pavilion in Montrose for those who can’t make it to Parsons!
